Grundfos CR Series

The Grundfos CR vertical, multistage, centrifugal in-line pump family works for water supply, water treatment and almost any industrial solution – including those for high-pressure, hot, dangerous, flammable and aggressive liquids.

Thanks to a small footprint, the pumps are also easier and less costly to install than comparable pumps.

The new CR pumps have been developed using simulation-driven design to perfect every single component and have been field-tested around the world, so you can install and operate the range with total confidence.

The basic CR pump range is available in four different materials: cast iron, two grades of stainless steel, and titanium. 13 flow sizes are capable of producing up to 180 m3/h at 50 bar, with a variety of shaft seals, rubber materials and supply voltages. We optimise pump parts that are typically vulnerable to difficult liquids or demanding operating conditions.

We also offer highly efficient “E” version pumps with a built-in frequency converter (CRE) or pumps with an external frequency converter (CUE). These combine the very best of pump technology with highly efficient motors and variable speed drives. You will never use more energy than you need.

Grundfos Hydro Booster Sets

The Grundfos Hydro MPC booster systems are made to the very highest standards. Thanks to the CU 351 controller, they handle even the most difficult boosting jobs with ease and accuracy.
All components have been combined with focus on quality and efficiency. The Grundfos Hydro MPC booster systems are designed to last: sturdy, compact units with easy access to all service parts. Grundfos Hydro MPC booster systems can be used wherever additional pressure is required. Each booster model has been designed to meet specific customer demands for capacity and control.

The intelligent cascade control ensures that the optimum number of pumps required to meet the demand runs at any time. Together with the CR with IE3 motors, this makes the Hydro MPC the most energy-efficient solution for maintaining a constant pressure during changing flow demands.

NB, NBG, NBE, NBGE end-suction close-coupled pumps

Grundfos end-suction pumps are used in water supply, industrial pressure boosting, industrial liquid transfer, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning), and irrigation.
Grundfos end-suction pumps are multi-purpose pumps suitable for a variety of different applications requiring reliable and cost-efficient supply. End-suction pumps are used in five main areas of application: water supply, industrial pressure boosting, industrial liquid transfer, HVAC and irrigation.

The Grundfos NB/NBG pumps are all non-self-priming, single-stage, centrifugal volute pumps with axial suction port, radial discharge port and horizontal shaft. The NB/NBG range consists of close-coupled pumps with their main dimensions in accordance with either EN733 or ISO2858.

Applications

Grundfos offers a virtually limitless range of close coupled (NB) end-suction pumps. Their sturdiness and reliability make them ideal for use in demanding environments such as the following:

  • District heating plants
  • Heating systems for blocks of flats
  • Air-conditioning systems
  • Cooling systems
  • Wash down systems
  • Other industrial systems.

Lowara e-SV multistage Pump

Extra efficient

The e-SVTM’s newly-designed hydraulics, combined with a high-efficiency motor (IE2) deliver maximum efficiency.

Energy saving

Pumps are among the largest users of industrial energy. Do your part to reduce CO2 emissions and your impact on the environment – and improve your bottom line – by taking advantage of the new e-SVTM’s lower energy requirement. Use a new e-SVTM pump along with a variable speed drive such as ITT’s Hydrovar®, and save even more energy and money.

Easy to maintain

The e-SVTM’s new design allows removal of the mechanical seal without having to remove the motor, reducing repair time by up to 50%. A standard DIN mechanical seal, wearing components, service tools and standard IEC motors enable faster and easier maintenance and servicing.

Goulds GIS/GSI) End Suction pumps

Goulds Water Technology is renowned for manufacturing the highest quality pumping equipment utilizing the best engineering practices available worldwide. The GISO / GIS series back pull out, foot mounted centrifugal is no exception. The single stage end suction pump has been designed with latest CAD (Computer Aided Design) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and is accordance with the international standard ISO 5. This highly efficient and flexible design makes the GISO / GIS series pump ideal for wide range of pumping applications, from, from supply and irrigation to mining and building services.

Design Versions

The pump comes in two designs: “GISO” (frame mount)  series is suitable for belt driven motors and “GIS” close coupled (Stub Shaft) series is suitable for direct attachment to 2 or 4 pole IEC frame motors. The standard horizontal configuration units have a vertical centerline discharge; however these models can also be mounted in a variety of different positions including horizontal discharge, with or without vertical mounting of the pump bearing housing.

Pumped Liquid

Designed for non-combustible, low viscosity liquids, free of solids and abrasive materials and fibres. Various liquid chemical compositions are capable of being pumped through the use of a variety of construction materials and seal options (Refer to materials listed below).

Construction Material

The GISO / GIS series comes with cast iron casing wet end, SS304 impeller and wear rings and SS420 shaft as standard. In order to suit a wider range of applications, the GISO / GIS series of pump casing are also available in cast Iron and stainless steel.
